How does the AeroHelp app work?

AeroHelp helps you identify problems that could slow down your internet speed and provides instructions on how to resolve them.

Download the AeroMesh app!

If you have our AeroMesh service, download the application where you can manage your Wi-Fi network and change the Wi-Fi access password.

How to do a basic re-boot to my router and AeroMesh?

  1. Disconnect the antenna power supply and router from the wall outlet for 20 seconds.
    Important: Never press the RESET button on your equipment.
  2. Plug them back in and wait 3 to 5 minutes for them to reconnect.
  3. Then, restart your device (TV, phone, laptop, etc.).

How to change the recurring payment method?

In the Customer Portal, you must follow the following steps:

  • Press the ‘Add new credit card’ button.
  • Fill in the required payment information (In “country” you must choose USA, and in “state” Puerto Rico).
  • Check the option for this new card to be your new recurring payment method.
